Beef freezer orders

Prime or AAA Canadian beef, cut your way. Hung, cut to your sheet, wrapped and frozen. Here’s how it works.

How it works

Choose your order size
A front quarter, hind quarter, a full side, a whole beef, or one of our ready-made boxes. Not sure? Call or text and we’ll talk it through.
Fill in your cut sheet
Steak thickness, steaks per pack, roast size, ground beef blend and the preferences you choose. Use our online sheet or the printable one; we cut to it exactly.
Pick up at the farm
Choose your ideal pickup date when you order. We’ll confirm it, then you collect your order wrapped and frozen at 438 Northline Road.

Order sizes

About 350 to 450 lb per half beef.

Freezer order options
Front ¼	Prime rib or ribeyes, arm roasts, braising or Texas ribs, blade, flat iron and Denver, brisket whole or rolled and tied.
Hind ¼	Inside round, outside and eye of round, sirloin tip, boneless sirloin and picanha, T-bone and porterhouse, striploin and tenderloin.
Side ½	The front and hind quarters together.
Whole beef	Both sides, cut to one sheet or two.
Beef boxes	Three set boxes, below.
Pork side	70 lb per side: smoked ham, Italian, maple and signature spice sausage, chops, ribs, roasts, hocks, tenderloin and bacon.
